Caribbean Shack is a restaurant that was born out of a love for cooking and a passion for making people happy. It all started when two lovebirds joined a motorcycle club and attended college tailgates to serve food made in their home. After people tried their cooking, they kept encouraging them to start selling. And so, Caribbean Shack was born in 2000.

 

Caribbean Shack is a unique restaurant that blends the flavors of two cultures - the Caribbean and the American South. Our mission is to bring together the best of both worlds, creating unforgettable dishes that our customers keep coming back for more.The restaurant is the brainchild of our husband and wife founders. He grew up in St. Croix, VI and learned to cook from his mother, while she grew up in the South and learned from her mother. When they met, they put their two cultures together and created our signature Carib-Southern Fusion.We believe that food speaks for itself and we strive to create unique flavors and dishes that will make your taste buds dance.
